I wanted to share some news with you about a big change to my Saturday stall at St George’s Market, Belfast.
For the past 8 and a half years, I’ve been a permanent trader every Saturday, and I love being part of such a creative community at our colourful market here in Belfast.
But from this Saturday 23rd March 2019, I’ll be changing to only doing alternate Saturdays, sharing my stall with a superb local business, Dogsbody NI, (also another very eco-friendly, ethically minded business). We’ll still be in the same pitch I’ve been for those 8.5 years, opposite Flax Fox art and beside the fantastic Belfast Beard Company stalls.
Since I first set up my stall in Summer 2010, arbee* has really grown and evolved, and as a (mostly) one-girl band, it’s sometimes been a bit tricky maintaining a weekly stall with growing online shops, wedding clients, commission work & working with other small creative businesses (which I love!) The stall share is the perfect answer to staying as a market trader, while giving me the much needed breathing space to keep growing as a creative business.
I’ll be at the market on Saturday 23rd March, then back on Saturday 6th April, and every other week from then. You can view my list of market dates for Spring-Summer 2019 here.
